A request is not a booking
Submitting the availability or contact form starts a conversation. It does not reserve, hold or confirm a date. A date is booked only when a written agreement is signed and the required payment is completed.
Availability information
The calendar reflects the best current status and is updated as bookings move. It can change between the moment a page loads and the moment a request is submitted. If a date closes in that window, the request will be treated as an alternate-date or waitlist inquiry and you will be told directly.
Quotes and scope
Nothing on this website is a price quote or a guarantee of specific equipment, staffing, hours or services. Scope, sound and lighting responsibility, travel, overtime and payment terms are confirmed in writing for each event before anything is signed.
Content and media
Text, images, marks and design on this site belong to DJ Mavik / Mike Macalinao unless credited otherwise, and may not be reused without permission. Event photography and video are published only with the permission of the people and venues involved.
Accuracy
This site is maintained carefully, but it is a marketing website. Where it differs from a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
Governing terms
TBD: confirm the legal business or entity name, the governing state and the dispute process with a qualified professional before launch.
