Yes, when requests fit your direction, the event and the current energy. How guests submit requests — directly, through a QR form, or only through the host or planner — is agreed with you before the event.
Yes. A short, focused list defines your taste while leaving enough flexibility to read the room. Both lists are collected during planning.
Announcement and MC support is confirmed per event rather than promised in advance. Tell me what the run of show needs and it will be scoped in writing before you book.
It depends on the venue. Some rooms provide a full professional system; others need a rental. Every proposal states clearly what DJ Mavik provides, what the venue provides and what is rented through partners — before anything is signed.
Often, yes — subject to weather protection, power, noise rules, sun and heat exposure, wind, load-in and a safe covered performance area. Outdoor details are reviewed during planning.
Popular weekends and wedding dates should be requested as early as possible. Short-notice requests are welcome whenever the date is open — check the availability calendar first.
Not by a form submission and not by a conversation. A date is booked only after the written agreement and the required payment are completed. Until then, the calendar may still show it as open.
Overtime is handled in the agreement: who can authorize it, what the venue cutoff is, and what it costs. It is never assumed on the night.
The signed agreement controls cancellation and rescheduling. The exact terms are provided with your proposal so you can read them before committing.
Yes. Clean edits can be planned for corporate, family and hospitality settings. Confirm the requirement during planning so the library is prepared before the event.
That is the core of open format. Planning identifies cultural traditions, priority genres, age ranges and the specific records that matter to your families. If a tradition needs specialist preparation, that is discussed honestly up front.
Destination inquiries are welcome. Final availability depends on the date, travel time, transportation, lodging, equipment plan, performance schedule and quote.
A limited introductory collaboration may be considered when there is a clear value exchange and potential for future paid work. Terms, media permission and venue benefit are agreed in writing.
Real photos, video and testimonials are published only after the original files and permissions are supplied. This site will never invent client proof.
Weekday dates are open for events starting at 6:00 PM Pacific or later. Weekend dates are open for full days and nights. The availability calendar shows the live status of every date.
