Privacy notice

Draft for review. This page must be checked against the tools actually in use and the final business structure before launch. It is not legal advice.

What this site collects

Two things only: what you type into the booking request or contact form, and basic technical information your browser sends to the host when a page loads.

  • Form details: your name, contact details, event date and location, and whatever else you choose to write.
  • Server logs kept by the hosting provider, which may include an IP address and browser type.

This site does not ask for payment-card numbers, government identification or any similar sensitive information. Please do not send them through the forms.

How it is used

To answer your inquiry, prepare a quote, plan a booked event and keep the records a small business needs to keep. Your details are not sold and are not used for unrelated marketing without a separate, explicit opt-in.

Who else sees it

Only the service providers needed to run the business — the website host, the form-delivery provider and the business email provider. TBD: list the specific providers once they are chosen.

How long it is kept

TBD: Mike must choose a retention period. Recommended starting point: unsuccessful inquiries reviewed and deleted after a defined business period; completed booking records retained as long as tax, contract and insurance obligations require; marketing consent tracked separately from booking consent.

The availability calendar

The public calendar displays date-level status only. It never exposes client names, venues, event types, contact details, notes, prices or payment status.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the email address on the contact page and the request will be handled directly.

Analytics

TBD: state which analytics tool is in use, or confirm that none is. Full form content is never sent to analytics.

Changes

If this notice changes, the updated version will be posted here. TBD: add the effective date at launch.
